Scott Howsare – BOARD CHAIR
Scott has served for three years on the Board of Directors for Central Care Mission, and is currently in his first year as board chair. He is an entrepreneurial executive with more than twenty years of experience in strategic planning, business development, product management and operations. Scott is currently the President/CEO of First Choice Technology, Inc., a nationwide telecommunications provider. In addition to his work with CCM, he actively serves as a board member and volunteer with Colorado-based iEmpathize, an organization focused on the prevention and eradication of sex trafficking.
Joan Tiller – CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Joan has served for 19 years on the Board of Directors for Central Care Mission. She has served as the Chairman of the Board and currently serves as Chief Financial Officer. She has also chaired many fundraising projects with the support of others for over 12 years which has tremendously supported Central Care’s purpose. Joan is Special Assistant at Valencia College and is involved with many special projects for the college.
A new Board member and former CPA, Eric has been active in Central Florida real estate development, brokerage and investment for over 20 years.Â He is committed to helping guide CCMâ€™s expansion and community re-development efforts.
LeSena has served for 23 years on the Board of Directors and serves as Treasurer of the Board of Directors for Central Care Mission. She serves on the Finance Team and has faithfully served on the A Taste of Compassion Street Party committee, Rosen Breakfast committee and Golf Tournament committee which are the annual fundraising activities for Central Care Mission. â€œI feel so honored to be able to serve and support such a great organization that is truly transforming lives.â€ LeSena is Manager of Career & Workforce Education at Valencia College.
Robert has served on the Board of Directors for Central Care Mission since 2012 and contributes as a member of several committees.Â Robert has been a Mentor to the men of Central Care for six years.Â He is a 25+ year veteran of the banking industry here in Central Florida and is a Senior Vice President for American Momentum Bank.Â â€œI enjoy being a small part of a wonderful and dedicated group striving to make our community betterâ€¦one man at a timeâ€¦through faith and hard work.â€
Dr. Gary Lehman
Gary has served for seven years on the Board of Directors, providing medical support to the residents at Central Care Mission. He is a Medical Doctor with Gary Lehman & Associates.
Rick has served for seven years on the Board of Directors for Central Care Mission and serves on the Finance Committee. As the CEO of Platter Construction Company, Rick has been instrumental in the support of Central Care Mission.
Sharon has served for seven years on the Board of Directors for Central Care Mission and serves on the Events Task Force. Sharon is the Trustee & Community Manager for Oak Crest Mobile Park Trust in Orlando. Sharon serves on the Board because she has seen the Mission Statement proven in the lives of men; as the “heart of a man is transformed, he is transformed, his family and community also.”
Bridget has served on the Board of Directors for Central Care Mission since 2014. She is a second generation Orlandoan and has thirty years’ experience in the building materials industry. She faithfully serves at CCM toÂ shepherd life changing development in the lives of men who are willing to be vulnerable, accept Christ as their savior and work hard to become the men God intended them to be.
James has served on the Board of Directors for Central Care Mission since September 2015. He serves as an Executive Vice President of US Hospitality Group and has extensive experience as an entrepreneur and consultant in the real estate development industry.
Brad has served on the Board of Directors for Central Care Mission since 2012. The founding partner of the Friedrich Watkins Company, he is currently the Director of Real Estate and Construction for 4Rivers Smokehouse in Winter Park, Florida. He also serves on the Board of Directors of 4R Restaurant Group and the Edgewater High School Foundation, and commits time to a men’s mission called the Larger Story organizing spiritual boot camp trips in the Central Florida area.
Judy has served for 16 years on the Board of Directors for Central Care Mission and helped to organize the Taste of Compassion Street Party for more than ten years. Judy serves as the Administrator for Westminster Towers Orlando.
Kristeen is a member of the Board of Directors for Central Care Mission and serves on the Grants Committee. Kris is the Assistant Vice President of Resource Development for Valencia College.
